CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH (August 1, 2008) – Emerald Performance Materials, LLC, (“Emerald”), today announced the formation of CVC Thermoset Specialties Division - the combination of CVC Specialty Chemicals and Emerald’s Reactive Liquid Polymers (RLP) businesses.
